We ship across all of Europe
Direct shipping from our central European warehouse to all EU countries and the United Kingdom. Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of payment — exclusively with UPS.

Carrier
We ship exclusively with UPS — fast, reliable, with full tracking to all EU countries and the United Kingdom. Consignments over 40 kg are usually delivered by freight forwarder on a pallet.
Delivery Times
- Germany, Austria, Czechia, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary: 2–4 working days
- Benelux, France, Italy, Slovenia, Croatia: 3–5 working days
- Spain, Portugal, Nordic countries, Ireland, South-East Europe: 5–7 working days
- United Kingdom: 5–8 working days (incl. customs)
Tracking
You will receive a UPS tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse. You can follow the delivery directly on the UPS website.
Damage During Transport
Please inspect the goods immediately upon receipt. In case of visible transport damage, refuse acceptance or note the damage on the delivery note. Hidden defects must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt.
