Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Right of withdrawal for consumers
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take physical possession of the goods.
In the case of multiple separately delivered items, the period begins with the possession of the last delivery.
Exercising the right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail).

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us at the above address, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:
- the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised (e.g. mixing base individually pigmented to a customer-specified RAL colour);
- the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery;
- the supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items (e.g. coatings already applied/installed).
Withdrawal via online button (from 19 June 2026)
From 19 June 2026, you may also exercise your right of withdrawal via a withdrawal button directly on our website. You will find the button in the footer and in your customer account. The online form will only collect the data necessary for withdrawal: name, order number and e-mail address. After submission, you will receive confirmation by e-mail.
14-day period — statutory right of withdrawal
You have the statutory right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you (other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods. Complaints and statutory warranty
Defects can be claimed within 24 months of receipt of the goods (statutory warranty). Please report obvious transport damage within 3 working days.
We process complaints within 30 days. In many cases photos are sufficient for assessment; a physical return is not always required.
We bear the return costs in the case of justified complaints and replacement shipments.
